1. Using Our Website

Pricing: All prices on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change. The final price you pay will be shown at checkout and will include any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Order Acceptance: When you place an order, it's an offer to buy our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, such as if a product is out of stock, there's a pricing error, or we suspect fraud. We will confirm your order only after we have shipped the products.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping: We will ship your order to the address you provide. Any shipping times we give are just estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or other factors outside of our control.

Risk of Loss: The risk of loss for your ordered products transfers to you once we hand over the package to the shipping carrier. This means we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages after they have left our facility.

Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for any lost packages or delivery errors if you provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

5. No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges

Due to the hygienic and personal nature of our skincare products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or allow exchanges once an order has been shipped.

The only exception is if you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival. In that specific case, you must contact us with a clear photo of the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery. We will then assess the situation and may, at our discretion, offer a replacement.

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All content on our website, including the FUSION INDIA brand name, logo, images, text, and product formulations, belongs to FUSION INDIA or its licensors. This content is protected by intellectual property laws.

Limited License: We give you a limited, non-transferable right to access and use our website for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of our content without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer: Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We don't guarantee that our website will always be available, error-free, or free of viruses.

No Damages: To the fullest extent allowed by law, FUSION INDIA will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages (like lost profits) that result from your use of our Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal dispute related to these Terms or your use of our Services will be handled by the courts located in Rohtak, Haryana.
